Abstract

Rubella is a mild infection that occurs worldwide.
Its importance derives from its teratogenic effects on the fetus when rubella afflicts a pregnant woman. Widespread rubella vaccination has resulted in dramatic declines in incidence rates in the world.
Now we report two cases of cleft lip / cleft palate compatible with a congenital rubella syndrome that we have treated in Vietnam, relatively low society, during the period of the charity opration.
Especially in case of bilateral cleft lip we performed one stage opration, and got a good result.
